IM Browser was implemented as an applet. To work with the applet your Web Browser needs Java 1.5 or higher and must allow applets. If your Browser supports applets you will see below a yellow box, inside of the box should be displayed the version of Java installed on your computer. If you don't see the yellow box, it means your computer does not support applets. Please read here how to change the settings to allow the Web Browser to run applets. If the version number of Java displayed in the yellow box is below 1.5, you can download the new version of JRE (Java Runtime Environment) from http://www.java.com.
