Add interactions by interaction attributes
First we will look at a simple example. Then we will give more details about the search by interaction attributes.
Example: Build a graph of interactions from table Curagen YTH with confidence score higher than 85%.
Click on the Curagen YTH in the top left panel.
In the pop-up menu select Find interactions.
Scroll down to find the attribute Curagen Confidence. In the same row, select operator >, type .85.
Click OK.
End of the example.

Because each interaction table might have different set of attributes, when searching by interaction attributes a user can query only one table at the time. To start the search the user must click on the table name from the Table list in the upper left panel.
For every attribute of interest the user must enter the following information: select an operator ('=', '>', '<','NOT'), type terms, specify if the search on that attribute is case sensitive.
The user can enter several terms comma delimited, and include * and ? for a partial search. If the user enters several values for one attribute, the search relation between those terms is OR. For example, if the user enters 3,4 for strength, IM Browser will search for interactions with strength equals either 3 or 4.
The search relation between different attributes is specified by the user through radio buttons OR or AND located on top of the list of the attributes.
For example, with the selections on the right, IM Browser will search the table for the interactions whose 'Total Interactions as BD' and 'Total Interactions as AD' greater than 40.
